#### **1. Participant Eligibility**

**1.1.** This Campaign is open exclusively to **New Users** who register on YUBIT via **Affiliate Link/Code** during the Campaign Period.

**1.2.** Registrations made using disposable, temporary, or "throwaway" email addresses will be deemed ineligible.

**1.3.** **Restricted Jurisdictions:** Users from the following countries/regions are strictly prohibited from participating: **India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Vietnam, Ukraine, Russia, Bangladesh**, and any other restricted jurisdictions as defined in the YUBIT User Agreement.

#### **2. Reward Distribution & Usage**

**2.1 Distribution Timeline**

* **Lucky Draw (Event 1):** Winners will be announced on the **Affiliate’s Twitter** within three (3) business days after the Campaign concludes. Rewards will be airdropped simultaneously.
* **Deposit Bonus (Event 2):** Rewards will be distributed to the user’s account within three (3) business days after the Campaign concludes.

**2.2 Form of Reward**

All rewards are issued as **Futures Trading Bonuses** (Trial Funds) and will be airdropped directly to the user's YUBIT Futures account.

**2.3 Usage Rules**

* Futures Bonuses can be used to open positions, pay trading fees, and cover funding fees.
* **Bonuses cannot be withdrawn or transferred.**
* In the event of a loss, the Bonus balance will be deducted *before* the user's principal capital.

**2.4 Profit Withdrawal**

Any realized profits generated from trading with the Bonus are fully withdrawable.

**2.5 Expiration**

Futures Bonuses are valid for **seven (7) calendar days** from the moment of distribution. Any unused Bonus balance will be automatically reclaimed by the system upon expiration.

**2.6 Trading Compliance**

All trades executed using the Bonus are strictly subject to YUBIT’s [**Futures Trading Rules**](https://yubit.gitbook.io/yubit/derivatives-trading/futures-trading-rules). Any violation (e.g., wash trading, high-frequency scalping) will result in immediate forfeiture of the Bonus and profits.

#### **3. Anti-Fraud & Disqualification**

**3.1.** YUBIT strictly prohibits any form of dishonest, abusive, or market-manipulative activity. Each participant is permitted to operate only **one (1) account**.

**3.2**. YUBIT reserves the right to disqualify users and revoke rewards if any of the following are detected:

* **Multi-Accounting:** Operating multiple accounts linked by the same Device ID, IP address, or KYC identity.
* **Volume Manipulation:** Wash trading, self-dealing, or market manipulation to meet volume requirements.
* **Bonus Abuse:** Engaging in "churning" or matched hedging (opening opposite positions) to guarantee profits from the bonus.
* **Batch Registration:** Mass registration of accounts via bots or scripts.

**3.3**. YUBIT reserves the right to require additional identity verification (Video KYC) before releasing rewards if suspicious activity is detected.
