### 1. Participant Eligibility

#### **1.1 New Users Only**

This Campaign is open exclusively to New Users who register via approved Affiliate/KOL Links.

#### **1.2 Email Requirement**

Registrations made using disposable, temporary, or "throwaway" email addresses are ineligible.

#### **1.3 Restricted Jurisdictions**

&#x20; Users from **Singapore, Indonesia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Nepal, Qatar, Argentina, Oman, and Bangladesh** are prohibited from participating.

### 2. Qualifying Criteria (Net Deposit & Volume)

#### **2.1 Valid Trading Definition**

&#x20; Only trades that remain open for more than **3 minutes** will be counted toward volume requirements. Trades closed in under 3 minutes will be excluded from campaign data.

#### **2.2 Principal Capital Only**

&#x20; Trades executed using Futures Bonuses, vouchers, or other platform-issued benefits will **not** be counted towards the campaign trading volume requirements. Only trades made with principal capital are valid.

### 3. Reward Distribution & Usage

#### **3.1 Distribution Timeline**

&#x20; Rewards will be distributed to the user's Futures account within **3 business days** after the campaign concludes or the milestone is verified.

#### **3.2 Form of Reward**

* **Tiers 1-5:** Issued as Futures Trading Bonuses.
* **Top Tiers (PS5, iPhone, MacBook):** Issued as Cash Equivalent USDT or physical delivery where applicable.

#### **3.3 Tie-Breaking Rule**

&#x20; In the event of a tie for limited-quantity rewards, ranking will be determined by:

1. **Highest Total Volume:** The user with the higher total trading volume during the campaign period.
2. **Earliest Completion:** If volume is identical, the user who reached the milestone earlier.

#### **3.4 Usage Rules**

* Futures Bonuses can be used to open positions, pay trading fees, and cover funding fees.
* Bonuses cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
* **Loss Deduction:** In the event of a loss, the Bonus balance will be deducted **before** the user's principal capital.
* **Profits:** Any realized profits generated from the Bonus are fully withdrawable.

#### **3.5 Expiration**

&#x20; Futures Bonuses are valid for **7 calendar days** from the moment of distribution. The system will automatically reclaim any unused Bonus balance upon expiration.

### 4. Anti-Fraud & Disqualification

#### **4.1. General Prohibition**

&#x20; YUBIT strictly prohibits any form of dishonest, abusive, or market-manipulative activity. Each participant is permitted to operate only one (1) account.

#### **4.2. Disqualification Triggers**

&#x20; YUBIT reserves the right to disqualify users and revoke rewards if any of the following are detected:

* **Multi-Accounting:** Operating multiple accounts linked by the same Device ID, IP address, or KYC identity.
* **Volume Manipulation:** Wash trading, self-dealing, or market manipulation to meet volume requirements.
* **Bonus Abuse:** Engaging in "churning" or matched hedging (opening opposite positions) to guarantee profits from the bonus.
* **Batch Registration:** Mass registration of accounts via bots or scripts.

#### **4.3. Identity Verification**

&#x20; YUBIT reserves the right to require additional identity verification (Video KYC) before releasing rewards if suspicious activity is detected.

### 5. General Terms
