# Token Listing

**YUBIT** welcomes high-quality blockchain projects to list on our platform. To ensure asset quality and protect our users, all listing applications will be reviewed according to the standards and process below.

**1. Eligibility Criteria**

Please ensure your project meets the following:

* Mainnet live or working testnet
* Open-source code and transparent operation
* Active community with real user base
* Verifiable team with public profiles
* No involvement in illegal, Ponzi, or fraudulent activities

**2. Required Application Materials**

Please provide the following information:

1. **Basic Project Info**
   * Project name and token symbol
   * Smart contract address (ERC20, TRC20, BEP20, etc.)
   * Official website and whitepaper
   * Country/region and registration details (if applicable)
2. **Team & Background**
   * Key team members with bios and social links
   * Advisors and institutional investors (if any)
   * Technical architecture and innovation summary
3. **Community & Market**
   * Links to communities (Telegram, Twitter, Discord, etc.)
   * Number of users, wallet holders, and activity stats
   * Media coverage and marketing roadmap
4. **Legal & Compliance**
   * Regulatory compliance status (if any)
   * Clarification of non-security token status
   * Real-world use cases and adoption
5. **Optional Add-ons**
   * Security audit reports (highly recommended)
   * CMC/Coingecko listings
   * Roadmap and vision deck

**3. Review Process**

1. **Initial Review** – Within 3 business days after submission
2. **Compliance & Risk Check** – Additional materials may be required
3. **Technical Evaluation** – Network integration, contract standards, stability
4. **Final Approval & Scheduling** – Listing timeline determined based on review

> **YUBIT** reserves the right to approve or reject listings based on internal criteria. Unsuccessful applications will not be publicly disclosed or returned.

**4. Fee Policy**

* **YUBIT** does **not charge mandatory listing fees**
* However, technical and promotional support may involve:
  * Network integration costs
  * Promotional placement (banners, AMAs, etc.)
  * Market-making or liquidity support as agreed
