# Risk Control Rules

#### **1.1 Orders Held for 30–60 Seconds**

* **50% of the commission rebate** for that order will be deducted.

#### **1.2 Orders Held for Less Than 30 Seconds**

* **The full commission rebate** for that order will be deducted.

* For more severe violations, the exchange may impose additional measures such as:
  * Temporary suspension of trading privileges
  * Reduction or removal of commission rebates
  * Other actions deemed necessary to protect market fairness
* The exchange will adjust its risk control policies **dynamically**, based on:
  * The **User Agreement**
  * The **Risk Control Agreement**
  * The **Risk Disclosure Statement**
  * Current market conditions
